Who we are

The 38 Sixth Avenue Tenant Association, Inc. is a tenant-led, nonprofit organization representing residents of 38 Sixth Avenue in Brooklyn, part of the Pacific Park (formerly Atlantic Yards) development. The building includes income-restricted housing created through public-private financing programs designed to expand access to affordable housing in New York City.

Residents of 38 Sixth Avenue are part of a diverse community shaped by these housing programs, including middle-income and affordable housing initiatives. The Tenant Association was formed to provide a structured, collective voice for residents, support communication with building management, and promote safe, stable, and transparent housing conditions.

As part of a large-scale development with multiple ownership and management entities—including Avanath B3 LLC and affiliates of Avanath Capital Management—the Association also works to help residents better understand the systems that shape their housing and to document ongoing building conditions and concerns.
